Dutch emission factor list
Factors from the Dutch reference list of emission factors, used by organisations reporting in the Netherlands. The factor depends on the distance band and, in the newer factor set, the cabin class.

How it works
- Distance comes from the airports, or from the actual distance where known. The Dutch factors are meant for the great-circle distance between airports and already allow for detours and holding.
- Distance bands: regional (under 700 km), European (700 to 2,500 km) and intercontinental (over 2,500 km).
- SQUAKE supports an older factor set without cabin classes and a newer set with them. It picks the set that matches the travel date, unless you choose one.
- The Dutch factors include producing the fuel and a multiplier for non-CO₂ effects at altitude.
Trip details used
When a detail is missing, SQUAKE uses the default.

Limitations
- Factors are averages by distance band and cabin, not for a specific airline or aircraft.
- Older factor sets have no cabin class detail.
